In 2009, I founded RDM Accounts with the goal of creating a small, friendly accounting practice that delivers personalised, high-quality financial services to businesses of all sizes. Over the past 15 years, I have gained extensive experience across various areas of the accounting industry. 

As a specialist in payroll, I focus on ensuring that every client’s payroll processes run smoothly and efficiently. I am committed to making sure employees are paid accurately and on time, while strictly adhering to all legal and regulatory requirements. From handling complex payroll systems to staying compliant with ever-changing tax codes and employment legislation, I manage the entire process, allowing business owners to focus on growth and operations without worry.

I am a proud member of the Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals (CIPP), ensuring that I stay up-to-date with the latest payroll laws, best practices, and technological advancements in the industry.

ACCOUNTANT & PAYROLL MANAGER

Teresa is an experienced finance professional with over a decade of expertise, predominantly within the public sector, and now plays a pivotal role at RDM Accounts. Her extensive background spans a broad range of financial disciplines, including payroll management, CIS (Construction Industry Scheme), bookkeeping, VAT compliance, and accounts preparation for small businesses. In addition, she brings solid expertise in personal tax, helping clients navigate their financial obligations with precision.

In 2022, Teresa achieved her AAT Level 4 qualification, further cementing her technical skills and commitment to professional development. Her strong analytical abilities and attention to detail allow her to manage complex financial processes efficiently, while her client-focused approach ensures tailored financial solutions for every business and individual she works with. 

Teresa’s combination of public sector experience and expertise in private sector accounting practices makes her an invaluable resource to both the RDM team and its clients.

BOOKKEEPER & PAYROLL ASSISTANT 

Anna is an accomplished finance professional with over 20 years of experience at HMRC and an additional 6 years in the public sector finance. 

Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in tax compliance, financial management, and public sector accounting. 

Anna holds a Level 2 AAT qualification in Bookkeeping and is currently advancing to Level 3 to further enhance her accounting skills. 

Her strong background in both public finance and taxation, combined with her dedication to continuous learning, makes her a valuable asset to RDM Accounts.
